Restaurant website design cost

How much should a restaurant website cost?

The useful question is not only how many pages you need. It is whether the website makes the menu, location and reservation decision easier for the right guest.

What changes the price

Different routes solve different problems.

Template website

A fast, lower-cost starting point when a restaurant needs a basic presence and can work within a fixed structure.

Freelancer or agency

Costs vary with discovery, content, custom design, integrations and the number of people involved in the project.

Custom website

A more considered option when the room, food and booking journey need to feel specific to the restaurant rather than interchangeable.

Questions before you start

Are there monthly fees?

Table & Host does not charge a mandatory monthly design fee. Your domain, hosting, reservation platform or other third-party services may have their own costs.

Do I need a new domain?

Usually not. A refresh can normally be launched on your existing domain.

Can you use my current menu?

Yes. Most restaurant refreshes start with the menu and photography you already have.

Can you connect my reservation system?

Yes. Existing reservation platforms can be connected with a clearer route for guests.

How long does it take?

The usual turnaround is 5–7 business days after the required content and feedback are received.

What happens after I pay €245?

The deposit reserves the project. We confirm the scope, collect what is needed and begin the design direction. The remaining €245 is due when the site is approved and ready to launch.
