Frequently asked questions

Do I need to change my domain?

Usually, no. We can normally publish the new website using your existing domain.

Can you use my existing photos and menu?

Yes. Most projects start with the materials you already have. If your photography is holding the website back, we will tell you.

What if I already use a reservation platform?

That is completely fine. We can connect your existing reservation system and make the booking path much clearer.

Do I have to pay everything upfront?

No. You pay €245 to begin. The remaining €245 is due when the website is approved and ready to launch.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Please contact Kai before work begins. The deposit reserves production time; any cancellation request is confirmed in writing before work proceeds. See the Terms page for the current payment terms.

Are there monthly fees?

Table & Host does not charge a mandatory monthly design fee. Your existing domain, hosting, reservation platform or third-party services may have their own costs. We will explain any required third-party costs before launch.

What if I do not like the first version?

You get one revision round as part of the standard package. Before beginning a paid project, we make sure the overall direction is clear.

Can you build websites for hotels and guesthouses too?

Yes. Table & Host works with independent hospitality businesses, including boutique hotels, guesthouses and villas. Hotel and stay projects are quoted separately because booking requirements vary more.
